Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using “Affirmation Alarm” (hereinafter the “App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Features of the App

The App is an alarm app that plays notifications and sounds at the alarm times you set and, when dismissing an alarm, prompts you to enter the affirmation text you registered.

2. Notes on Use

You use the App at your own responsibility.

Depending on the device state, notification settings, Focus mode, volume, OS limitations, battery state, network conditions, changes to Apple’s specifications, and other factors, notifications, sound playback, or the reflection of purchase status may not work as expected.

For important schedules, work, health, safety, or matters involving life, body, or property, do not rely solely on the App; please use other means as well.

3. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not engage in any of the following:

• Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Acts that interfere with the proper operation of the App
• Acts that improperly analyze, modify, or redistribute the App
• Acts that infringe the rights of the developer or any third party
• Other acts that the developer deems inappropriate

4. Premium Features

In addition to free features, the App may offer premium features through subscriptions.

The contents of premium features are shown on the in-app purchase screen or on the App Store. The main premium feature currently offered is the removal of the limit on the number of alarms you can create, among others.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Subscriptions offered in the App are purchased through Apple’s App Store.

• Monthly plan: automatically renews every month
• Annual plan: automatically renews every year
• The annual plan may offer a free trial to eligible users
• The price, period, and availability of a free trial are shown on the App Store or the in-app purchase screen before purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel
• Cancellation can be done from the Apple ID subscription management screen
• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, you may be charged for the next period
• Whether a refund is available after purchase, and the refund process, are subject to Apple’s policy and Apple Support’s discretion

6. Refunds

The developer does not directly process refunds for purchases made through the App Store. If you wish to request a refund, please apply through Apple Support or your Apple purchase history.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer or the rightful holders. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer

The developer does not guarantee that the App will always operate accurately or without interruption on all devices, OS versions, or usage environments.

The developer is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to or Suspension of the Service

The developer may change, suspend, or terminate the features, specifications, prices, or contents of the App as necessary.

10. Changes to the Terms

The developer may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted within the App or on the public pages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
